Clinical Supervision

Heather R. Quiroz is a board-approved clinical supervisor and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-S) with over seven years of experience supporting individuals, children, and families across New Mexico and Texas. She earned her Master of Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University and holds a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies with a minor in Sociology from New Mexico State University.

Heather’s clinical background spans infant mental health, early Head Start programs, foster care, domestic violence, teen mental health, and trauma-focused services. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and provides care to both adults and children navigating complex emotional and behavioral challenges.

As a clinical supervisor, Heather is dedicated to mentoring emerging social workers and counselors, fostering growth, and ensuring high-quality, compassionate care. Her therapeutic style is client-centered, trauma-informed, and deeply attuned to the unique needs of each person she serves.
